Sport has always held a central place in my life. From football to tennis, surfing to athletics, each discipline has fueled my passion for movement and discovering new techniques.
From a very young age, I was drawn to physical strengthening. It all started in my bedroom with a simple pair of dumbbells. Over the years, my curiosity led me to explore further: from gyms to practices like yoga and CrossFit, I have always aimed to develop a well–rounded and varied practice.
My desire to become a personal trainer came to fruition in 2021, when I earned my BPJEPS Fitness Activities diploma, with specializations in Weightlifting and Strength Training. Under the guidance of my instructor Nicolas MARIETTAN, a physical trainer for French Olympic athletes, I developed in-depth skills in physical preparation and coaching.
To further enhance my expertise, I also trained in sports biomechanics, obtaining a dual certification that deepens my understanding of the body’s anatomical functions. Additionally, my certification in nutrition and dietetics enables me to offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each client’s needs.
Throughout my journey, I discovered the importance of balance between body and mind. Meditation, cold baths, yoga, and an overall healthy lifestyle are now integral parts of my practice.
These tools help me not only cultivate optimal physical performance but also promote lasting well-being, which I strive to pass on to my clients.
