My approach is the result of several years of experimentation and high standards. It incorporates elements from Yoga, Pilates, bodyweight strengthening, CrossFit, and Hyrox.

At the core of each session lies deep muscle strengthening, posture improvement, mind–body connection, and functional mobility.

Here is how it unfolds :

WARM-UP - 05 minutes

Each session begins with a warm-up :

This phase helps improve your joint mobility, release muscle tension through brief stretches, and then strengthen your core—the deep muscles of your abdominal and lower back area.

Each warm-up is specifically tailored to your characteristics, needs, and goals.

MAIN PART - 45 minutes

This is where the main work takes place: strengthening the deep muscles, the core, the shoulder girdle, overall stability, as well as the superficial muscles.

Everything is tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.

Cool-down - 10 minutes

The cool-down is a calm moment where we take time to release tension and activate our parasympathetic nervous system.

Through breathing exercises, stretches, or selfmassage, the nervous system slows down the adrenaline and hormone surges triggered during previous efforts.


Heart rate and breathing slow down, and a sense of well-being gradually develops.
