About me.

Aged 25, I have several diplomas and certifications in my field:

I mainly have a BPJEPS Fitness Activities, Weightlifting and Bodybuilding options which allows me to exercise my profession as a Personal Coach and Physical Trainer.

In parallel, I obtained a double certification in Bio-Mechanics of sport, which allowed me to acquire more advanced knowledge on the anatomical functioning of the human body via the movements practiced in sport.

Finally, I have a certification in Nutrition and Dietetics which allows me to establish nutritional plans according to your needs.

Grâce à ma formation aux côtés de Nicolas Mariettan, Préparateur physique d’athlètes Français (7 médailles olympiques, 17 médailles mondiales, 22 européennes et 7 records du monde), je serais en mesure de vous établir une programmation sur-mesure pour que vous puissiez obtenir les meilleurs résultats.

La préparation physique concerne les sportifs amateurs ou professionnels désirants préparer au mieux une compétition ou leur saison.

RÉ-ATHLÉTISATION

La ré-athlétisation est une étape fondamentale pour récupérer toutes vos capacités musculaires après une blessure.

Quelque soit la blessure, un temps d’arrêt plus ou moins long peut entraîner une atrophie musculaire, mais aussi une perte de mobilité, de souplesse et de contractilité.

Un renforcement musculaire précis est donc nécessaire pour retrouver vos sensations et votre capacité musculaire d’avant-blessure.

Ce travail peut-être effectué en collaboration avec votre kinésithérapeute.

REHABILITATION

Grâce à mon expérience en cross-training, haltérophilie et musculation, cet objectif est réalisable quelque soit votre profil.

Pour réussir cet objectifs, de nombreux facteurs seront à prendre en compte, comme le temps et une alimentation spécifique.

Un suivi de minimum 6 mois est conseillé pour obtenir des résultats physiques visibles.
